Starting tomorrow, Saturday, May 29th, we are extending pool, hot tub and workout room hours to 10pm! As a trial we will also be adding a lap swimming window in the morning at 7am and the workout room will be opening at 7am. We are going to restrict 8pm - 10pm in the pool and hot tub to quiet hours, no noisy play! Thank you to everyone for feedback on our booking system and suggested improvements. And a BIG thank you to George and crew plus Troy for making this possible!

Comcast service has been out since last night and the current estimate to have service restored is 11am. Comcast crews have been seen working in Aberdeen and Westport.
UPDATE: Internet came back around 9.45am.
We have some great news! Bookings are now available to use the pool, hot tub and fitness center. The County health department has approved our reopening plan and safety is a priority.
The unit fobs will only work if that unit has a booking for the time slot. Appointments can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Bookings for the gym are 55 minutes with up to 4 people using different stations, and hot tub appointments are 25 minutes for one person or group "bubble". Pool swim times are 55 minutes for up to 5 people in your "bubble" with the pool divided in 2 spaces lengthwise. Each group will have their own seating area adjacent to their section of the pool!
An amenities poster that can be printed and displayed in units is available. There is a QR code so people can scan it with their phone camera and be taken to the booking app. The app can also be accessed via our web page at https://WBTSCOA.org. This poster is displayed on the pool gate and fitness center door.
Currently, booking hours are limited to club house staffed hours in case there are issues. This is temporary while we make sure all systems are working well and we iron out any problems. We will get back to full hours as soon as possible!
We ask that you set a timer and exit the facility swiftly at the end of your session. Full details at https://wbtscoa.org/Amenity_Use_Contract.

We are working hard to get the clubhouse, hot tub and exercise room open well before the end of April. The county has responded positively to our plans and we documenting the processes to align with CDC, state and county policies. Initially the hot tub appointments will be limited to one person or cohort (family group/bubble). The exercise room is expected to support two to four persons or cohorts as will the pool when it opens on schedule May 15th. The clubhouse will be open to pickup coffee, games, puzzles and books and other items on April 9th. At this time the clubhouse remains unavailable social gatherings. Please do not linger for the safety of our staff and community. As restrictions our lifted we will respond as quickly as possible.
