WBTS Amenity Use and Rules Contract

The Following rules have been put in place to ensure the health and safety of everyone in our community.  These rules and all directions from staff must be followed at all times.  Failure to follow this rules will result in a lost of amenity access and use.

All Amenities

  1. General:  Any person with signs of COVID-19 or who is in close contact of someone with confirmed COVID-19 must not to utilize this facility for a period of 14 days.
  2. Masks:  Well-made and properly fitted face masks shall be worn at all times with the exception of fully vaccinated individuals or people actively swimming unless state, county or municipal laws say otherwise.
  3. Physical Distance:  All furniture and equipment shall be spaced a minimum of 6’ apart to maintain social distancing.  A minimum of six feet of distance must be maintained among occupants at all times.
  4. Hygiene:  Hand sanitizing stations are available at entrances.  Sanitizing wipes for the equipment and furniture will also be available.  Everyone using the pool or hot tub must shower off before entering the water.  Additionally we recommend you wash your hands before and after your session for at least 20 seconds.
  5. Cleaning:   Each user is required to clean and sanitize all equipment before and after each use.  IS Maintenance shall periodically sanitize and inspect the facility throughout the day.
  6. Reservations:  All users shall be required to sign up for the individual amenity they wish to use.  Currently the exercise room is available twenty-four hours a day, excepting sanitization and maintenance windows. The pool is available from 5AM until 10PM and the hot tub from 9AM -10PM excepting sanitization and maintenance windows.  No one is allowed in the facility unless they have a reservation.
  7. Records and Contact Tracing:  WBTS HOA will maintain contact information for participants to assist with contact tracing in the event of a possible exposure.  Contact, access and video information will be kept on file for a minimum of 28 days after each use of the facility.
  8. Access Control:  Upon making a reservation through the on-line reservation system, only those individuals will have access to the facilities for their allocated block of time.  You must vacate the facility as soon as your reservation ends.
  9. Enforcement:  Security cameras are in place.  Anyone found violating any of these procedures will be prohibited from using the fitness room until COVID procedures have been lifted or modified.  Reinstatement of privileges shall be at the discretion of the HOA Board of Directors.
  10. Employees:  ISI Maintenance shall ensure its employees follow Labor & Industries COVID-19 workplace and safety requirements.

 

Outdoor Hot Tub

  1. Limited Use:  The maximum occupancy of the hot tub is currently 6.  With the State’s restriction of 25%, and 6 foot physical distancing the maximum allowable occupant load shall be 1 person or COVID cohort.
  2. Sessions:  Are available in 25 minute time blocks with 5 minute buffer between sessions.

 

Outdoor Pool

  1. Limited Use:  The maximum occupancy of the pool is currently twelve.  With the State’s restriction of 25%, and six foot physical distancing the maximum allowable occupant load shall be two person or COVID cohorts of up to six individuals.
  2. Sessions:  Are available in 55 minute time blocks with 5 minute buffer between sessions.

 

Indoor Workout Room

  1. Limited Use:  The maximum occupancy of the exercise room is currently 1 individual or COVID cohort of up to 6 individuals.  With the State’s restriction of 25%, and 6 foot physical distancing the maximum allowable occupant load shall be 6 persons.
  2. Sessions:  Sessions are available in 55 minute time blocks with 5 minute buffer between sessions.
  3. Ventilation:  All windows shall remain fully open during hours of operation.
  4. Equipment: Individuals shall have the option to reserve one of four stations:
    1. Weight Machine/Power Tower
    2. Treadmill
    3. Pelaton Bicycle/Sit Down Bicycle
